  1. I think we need an alternative to “tax and regulate” that is simple in it’s elegance. How about MERP2:

I’m not demanding anyone agree with my model (MERP2). But I will briefly state what MERP2 would look like as an example of a “no tax, no regulate” model.

MERP2. For ‘home growers’ it is structured like this:

** 2-4 1000 Watt HPS Bloom lamps for each adult home
** You have to be a Legal American Citizen to grow
** You can grow, gift and sell your overage without ANY (yes I said it “ANY”) taxes, regulations or government control

I’ve put some thought into it. But if you have a better plan . . . let’s hear it. But if this makes sense to you than start spreading the word around. It really doesn’t matter so much. What matters is that we seem to be uniting under a specific theme: we don’t like the “tax, regulate and control” model.

Isn’t it about time the Mainstream Media discusses this?
Isn’t it about time the Moneyed Drug Reform Organizations support this?
Isn’t it about time the Government is compelled to fully represent the American People who in 2013 compose a 58% majority supporting full untaxed, unregulated, uncontrolled
Isn’t this the real reason I have been barred from speaking at the Ann Arbor Hash Bash for the last 2 years?

It is up to each of us: individually and collectively.

  2. Mission Statement:

To bring an end to cannabis prohibition in 2013 by gathering signatory members through promotion and declaring our rights through the document, “Declaration of Rights of Cannabis Users”.
Giving prohibitionists reasonable opportunity to affect appropriate, timely and agreed upon change and, if necessary enforcing our rights in a peaceful way.
After April 20 2013 adopting a zero tolerance for acts of brutality and injustice by prohibitionists. . If you agree that prohibition must end then please print out copies of Declaration of Rights of Cannabis Users, date and sign them and send them to ALL YOUR elected representatives AND to the United Nations. If you are REALLY passionate about this please help promote this. Thank-You, Dan Richeson
